Your Role

As a Senior Product Designer at MRSOOL Inc, you will partner with cross-functional teams who are charged with revolutionizing how people shop, pay, and bank. You will be responsible for translating open-ended, conceptual ideas into tangible product features, leading end-to-end design processes, and designing flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.
  • Represent design to a broader product team and other leaders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Drive a partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier execution and quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and push the user experience further.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping features with an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.
  • 6+ years of interaction design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
  • 6+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function.
  • 6+ years of strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
