Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Global Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services and strategic support to the business.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality and timely legal advice on a day-to-day basis in areas such as general commercial transactions, employment and safety, product and quality issues, and data protection.

You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and deals on behalf of the company, supporting the Compliance Central team by implementing internal governance policies, reviewing policies, and conducting investigations into ethical concerns and misconduct.

Additionally, you will oversee and report on claims and litigation, manage external resources effectively, and collaborate with other members of the Regions as requested by the Legal Management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice law in Saudi Arabia, seven to eight years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in an in-house environment and in a sector related to Construction, Oil & Energy, or Renewables & Environment.

Native Arabic speakers with fluent English language skills are highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a full-time schedule required.

Main Responsibilities
