About the Role:- This position involves overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing design and implementation projects for roads and transportation engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to create innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and local codes and standards.
- Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by consultants in accordance with their Contract and district and sub-district program requirements and timelines.
- Conduct regular design review meetings to provide technical guidance and support to clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify any design-related challenges or conflicts, and report promptly on these.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
