We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in the Midwest US market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth at five iconic resorts in Western Canada.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead sales initiatives, exceeding sales quotas and growing market share with key accounts.

A successful candidate will have at least five years' experience as a Hospitality Sales Manager, with working knowledge of the Midwest US. A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is an asset.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to increase market share
  • Collecting market and competitive intelligence to inform sales decisions
  • Participating in training, industry trade shows, and sales trips/meetings

You will work closely with the global sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
