Dubai Aesthetics Leadership Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Clinic Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in Dubai.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or aesthetics management, excellent leadership and team management skills, and a customer-focused mindset. As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop business strategies to increase patient retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
  2. Team Performance: Lead, train, and manage a team of medical and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care.
  3. Patient Feedback: Monitor and improve patient feedback, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  5. Business Growth: Develop and implement business strategies to increase patient retention and revenue growth.
  6. Financial Planning: Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.
  7. Inventory Management: Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary medical and aesthetic supplies.
  8. Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
  9. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
  10. Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in an aesthetics setting.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  7. Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs effectively.
  8. Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
