About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to perform general maintenance and repair services for our clients. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and systems
  2. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and make necessary repairs
  3. Respond promptly to client requests for repairs and maintenance services
  4. Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each job
  5. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage
  2. Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred but not required
  3. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other repair skills
  4. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  5. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  6. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
  7. Own visa is required; accommodation will not be provided
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of $1500 per month is offered for this part-time position. Our ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills and can work independently with minimal supervision.
