Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR field.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of performance management systems, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools. Experience with leading system implementations and optimizations is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive organizational performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale HR projects, including the design and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
