- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing employee performance. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to the introduction of new performance management systems or processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on performance management best practices, system usage, and effective feedback techniques.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that performance management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage any associated risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's effectiveness and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR field.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of performance management systems, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools. Experience with leading system implementations and optimizations is required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive organizational performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale HR projects, including the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
