Job Overview:

As a key member of the HR2O team, we are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations and drive strategic initiatives. This role reports directly to the COO and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's cost-effective procurement strategies, particularly within the automotive segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Innovative Procurement Strategies: Design and execute procurement plans that optimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships.
  2. Establish and Maintain Key Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with dealerships and showrooms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Lead Training Programs: Develop and deliver training sessions for the commercial team, focusing on procurement best practices, industry trends, and company policies.
  4. Negotiate Contracts and Manage Vendor Relations: Effectively negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  5. Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and mitigate risks.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail, or a related field.

7+ Years of Experience: In procurement, ideally within the automotive sector.

Proven Track Record: In supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing, preferably within the automotive sector.

Key Skills: Financial analysis, budget management, negotiation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Automotive Experience: A plus, but not required.
