Job Description

  • As a skilled Staff Nurse Specialist at Antal International, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Your primary goal will be to provide direct professional nursing care to a specified population of patients according to your area of specialty.
  • You will prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments, ensuring the highest level of patient comfort and safety.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be to perform evaluations of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications.
  • You will also administer prescribed medications, apply sterile dressings, perform phlebotomy, and monitor vital signs as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient records is crucial in this role, as well as working with medical devices and apparatus in a safe manner related to each area of specialty.
  • In addition, you will oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff, ensuring that patients receive quality, compassionate, and ethical care.
  • Providing patient and family education, counseling, and support is also an essential part of this role, as is ensuring adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Ultimately, your goal will be to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare team.
  • You will work collaboratively with physicians and other members of the health care team to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • This role requires a minimum 2 years of experience including in-depth experience in required specialty, proficiency in English, and dataflow and Prometric knowledge.
