Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and regulatory authorities to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that the project complies with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Oversee project finances, implement cost control strategies, and provide precise financial reporting to guarantee the financial prosperity of each project, while nurturing a constructive team atmosphere and promoting efficient communication among stakeholders.
  • Establish and oversee project timetables, rigorously monitor advancements, and swiftly resolve any construction-related hindrances or setbacks, while keeping stakeholders well-informed.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, is crucial for scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project progress.
