  • Understand the overall business, including business trends and BMS corporate strategy, and contribute to business strategy execution.

  • Develop annual brand planning and execute tactical strategies to optimize sales and patient shares.

  • Lead the pre-launch and launch of Camzyos in Gulf countries and drive uptake in KSA.

  • Collaborate with Access Team to ensure timely access, favorable pricing, and reimbursement situations.

  • Create innovative marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

  • Analyze market trends, threats, and opportunities, translating them into long-term business implications.

  • Maintain best-in-class disease, product, and indication knowledge, including competitor products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and payers.

  • Interact and build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Contribute to Life Cycle Plan development and deliver specific actions/programs to support prioritized business opportunities.

  • Train and develop field team members on product/competitor knowledge and differentiation messages.

  • Evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, and BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
