Job Description

This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive ticket sales and event engagement. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing data trends, optimizing campaigns, and leading a team of digital marketers to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Ticketing Campaigns:
    Design and implement marketing strategies to drive ticket sales and event engagement.
  2. Drive KPIs:
    Achieve performance targets for ticket sales, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  3. Data-Driven Decisions:
    Analyze data trends and audience behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  4. Campaign Optimization & Performance Analytics:
    Use advanced analytics to optimize ticket sales across digital channels.
  5. Leadership & Team Management:
    Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers to execute ticketing campaigns.
  6. Campaign Planning & Execution:
    Plan marketing campaigns to meet objectives such as increasing visitor attendance.
  7. Reporting & Insight Generation:
    Produce timely reports on campaign performance.
  8. Marketing Execution & Communication:
    Ensure marketing messages related to ticket sales are optimized for all digital channels.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on event ticketing campaigns.
  2. Familiarity with ticket sales optimization techniques and best practices.
  3. Proven ability to manage and optimize digital ticketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  4. Significant experience with A/B testing and performance analytics.
  5. Strong knowledge and experience in managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.
  6. Experience managing digital marketing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
  7. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
