About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our Saudi Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance across Joinery, Fit-Out, Logistics, Quality Control, and Procurement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the day-to-day management and administration of the Joinery & Fit-Out division.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive productivity and achieve financial targets.
  3. Manage relationships with clients, project sites, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
  4. Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  5. Oversee materials, inventory, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
  6. Provide regular budget reviews and report on cost plans to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.

  • Experience managing large teams and operations.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury fit-out sector and experience in managing big joinery operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with 10+ years of experience in Joinery and Fit-Out.
  • Familiarity with tools/software for production planning and supply chain management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
  • Candidates with local experience in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain are strongly preferred.
