As Senior Engineering Operations Director at the Pini Group, you will play a crucial role in leading our operations team to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in civil engineering and project management will be invaluable in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Oversight of planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects to meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Management and mentorship of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and support staff.
  • Process improvement through identification of areas for enhancement and implementation of strategies to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Bilateral relations with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations, to ensure cost-effective resource utilization and profitability.
  • Compliance and quality assurance to maintain high levels of service delivery, adhering to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Risk management through identification of potential risks related to operations and projects and development of mitigation strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience working in the Middle East or familiarity with regional regulations and business practices is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
