About the Role:

The Cyber Security Specialist will be a key member of the MBR Partners team, working closely with the Cyber Security team to deliver secure systems and implement proportionate controls. This role will involve providing day-to-day operational support and project-based work, leading to the development and deployment of new information/cyber security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a subject matter expert, supporting vendors in implementing Identity and Privileged Access Management across the organization.
  2. Manage End Point, Email Security, and Web-Application Firewalls to ensure robust security measures are in place.
  3. Oversee Cyber Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Extensive knowledge in Security Domains, including Network Security, Endpoint Security, EDR, Data Security, SIEM, DLP, SOAR, Deception, Threat Hunting, and Cloud Security.
  2. Hands-on experience with End Point, Email Security, and Web-Application Firewall solutions.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of Cyber Security Frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Data Privacy, and IT Act.
  4. Ability to review and coordinate changes to information security policies, procedures, and standards.
  5. Proven experience in Identity and Privileged Access Management, with a strong understanding of industry-standard methodologies and related solutions.
  6. Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and security/Identity and Access Management services.
  7. Experience with ensuring critical applications are well-integrated with IAM controls and governance, including access review and approval workflows.
