Job Description

Tender specialists play a crucial role in securing major events and exhibitions. We are seeking an experienced Tender Specialist based in Riyadh to support high-profile projects across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract information from RFPs and tender requirements for content planning.
  • Align with content strategies and messaging by working closely with the Head of Content.
  • Gather detailed information about tender activities and relevant data for content development via research across the internet and social media.
  • Prepare a tender information summary highlighting design specifications and key pricing elements.
  • Develop a professional technical proposal structure, including content formulation, project timeline, and team structure.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance proposal storytelling aligned with project objectives.
  • C coordinate visual and written content integration with design and marketing teams.
  • Follow up with relevant departments to gather necessary requirements.
  • Write, revise, proofread, and edit presentations, letters, and other materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for event narratives and visitor experience content.
  • Revise content based on internal feedback to meet quality standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of content sections according to schedules and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to gather accurate content inputs.
  • Prepare draft content for ongoing project presentations under supervision.
  • Maintain the content library, templates, and internal databases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in tender writing or proposal coordination, preferably in the creative or content industry.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure.
  • Design experience is beneficial.
