Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for driving business growth in microcement, lime-based plasters, and decorative concrete finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales or interior finishes, with a strong ability to build client relationships and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior design, and architecture sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and developers.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to showcase Conmarble's solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and client engagement strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven sales experience in construction materials, coatings, or architectural finishes.
  • A strong network within the architectural, interior design, and contracting industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of microcement, decorative plaster, or seamless surface applications is a plus.
  • An ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
