Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (AV) to drive growth in the AV technology sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the AV industry, with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV technology sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their AV needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present comprehensive AV solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance.
Position Requirements
  • Prior experience in the AV technology industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the AV technology space.
  • Strong knowledge of AV solutions, products, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective AV solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
