Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date change management documentation, including impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans.
- Support the execution of change management activities such as workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare and distribute relevant communications, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
- Monitor employee engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics.
- Promote a centralized repository of change-related reports, dashboards, and project updates.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Change Manager, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.
- Foster collaboration between HR, IT, and business units to facilitate smooth change processes.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a change management or ERP project.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Prior experience in SAP environments is advantageous.
