About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Nahdi. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective daily operations of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of store readiness, including staff readiness checks and store temperature and storage conditions.
  • Ensure that all duties are performed in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures.
Operational Excellence:

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence in our stores, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Process prescriptions and dispense medication, providing consultation on dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Educate customers on safe and appropriate use of medical equipment, including glucose meters.
  • Supervise and develop retail store staff, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Monitor key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Process payments and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial processes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, consulting with customers to propose suitable products.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including inventory management, stock ordering, and expense management.
Health & Safety:

You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our customers and staff, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Dispense and advise on over-the-counter/non-prescription medication, treating common illnesses and providing expert guidance.
