Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while promoting innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on negotiation skills and relationship building. You will be responsible for selling drive-thru, digital signage, POS, and self-ordering kiosk solutions, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire sales cycle with dedication and perseverance.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives by leveraging your negotiation skills.
  • Qualify customer needs through meticulous analysis and empathy.
  • Negotiate and contract mutually beneficial agreements with ease.
  • Mastery of demos showcasing our solutions will set you apart from others.
  • Establish, develop, maintain, and manage long-lasting relationships with Clients or Business Partners.
  • Learn and demonstrate product offerings to potential customers with confidence.
  • Consistently meet defined sales targets without failure, driving company revenue forward.
  • Succeed in fast-paced environments by staying organized and adaptable.
  • Listen actively and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Respond promptly to offering IT solutions that cater to clients' needs.
  • Built lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional satisfaction and understanding their needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and product knowledge, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Contribute valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to enhance products and services.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure agreements and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher: A solid foundation for success.
  • Passion for software products: Drive innovation and progress.
  • Highly creative and autonomous: Thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferable Iqama: Ensure seamless integration.
  • Driving License is Mandatory: Facilitate travel and access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle: Proven track record of success.
  • Additional languages: Enhance communication and connect with diverse clients.
  • Strong analytical skills: Make data-driven decisions and drive business forward.
