Key Responsibilities
  1. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities to ensure the timely and secure transfer of documents, parcels, and other materials between project sites, offices, and stakeholders.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project management team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

The Logistics Assistant will also be responsible for assisting in distributing project-related documents, plans, and reports to relevant parties. Additionally, they will maintain an organized record of deliveries and receipts, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification or training in office administration is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a similar messenger or delivery role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the roads and highways construction sector is advantageous but not essential.
