We are seeking an experienced IT Security Director to join our team at تراحم. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's information assets and infrastructure.

About the Job

The IT Security Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cybersecurity program, including risk management, vulnerability management, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, managing security technologies, and leading a team of cybersecurity professionals.

This is a senior-level role that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams. If you have a passion for cybersecurity and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
  • Manage security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, including analysts, engineers, and specialists.
  • Assign tasks, set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or other industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience with various security technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
