About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for project management and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player who can think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, & materials, to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment of expectations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Deliver projects on time & within budget, showcasing exceptional project management skills.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical power engineering and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers as an electrical engineer.
  • 5-15 years of experience in the unified contract with the Saudi Electricity Company.
  • Good Arabic / English (listening, speaking, and writing) language skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, & ability to think outside the box.
  • Risk Management, Team Building, People Management, KPI setting and management.
