Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tender PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Manager to lead the related activities for our infrastructure department in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or commercial management with 15 years of experience in the Middle East regions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage all Tender PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL Preparations related to infrastructure tenders.
  2. Ensure tender deadlines and specifications are strictly followed.
  3. Coordinate with estimation, operations, and other departments, together with our partners.
  4. Use necessary professional software tools to enhance efficiency.
  5. Supervise and prepare all matters related to PQ and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL preparation.
  6. Serve as a leader, guiding the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or commercial management.
  2. 15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects.
  3. 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project tenders.
  4. Advanced proficiency in English.
  5. At least 5 years of experience in the Middle East regions.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and other necessary programs.
  7. Expertise in PQ preparation.
  8. Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Team-oriented, with strong communication and representation skills.
