Branch Accountant NAM

As a key member of the IKK Group of Companies, the Branch Accountant NAM will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of the branch's operations.

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the head office, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
3. Inventory Management: Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations.
• Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 or 365, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Fluency in English language.
