Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, including cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and perform consultations to establish client requirements.
  • Understand pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate clients accordingly during consultation.
  • Execute all cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing to high standards while providing necessary information to clients about products being used.
  • Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session.
  • Maintain detailed clients' service history by recording products used during each visit.
  • Learn and perfect new styles and techniques.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops, reviewing and researching publications, internet, and social media.
  • Attend events outside of our brand to promote the brand externally.
  • Achieve service and product revenue targets daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate inventory level and assist in product ordering process by checking existing products and anticipating needs of the hair section.
  • Take proper care of tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by our Salon and Municipality.
  • Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.
  • Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area.
  • Reference and abide by the Salon's Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon.
  • Well-experienced in hair coloring, highlights, hairstyling, hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen), and haircut.
  • Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques.
  • Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing.
  • Must have the creativity to design and interpret hairstyles.
  • Excellent communication, social, and customer service skills.
  • High energy and flexible, friendly, and approachable to clients and staff all the time.
  • To attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brand.
  • To apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.
  • To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs. Review periodically and ensure compliance.
  • Professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training Certification with Loreal or Kerastase is an advantage.
  • Must be expert in Ombre and Balayage.
