About the Role:
">The HR Assistant is a key position that supports the Human Resources team in delivering top-notch services to our associates and managers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Accurately enter data into various systems, including Excel files and PeopleSoft.
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding attendance and HR-related matters.
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Communicate with the payroll team about employee absences.
- Work collaboratively with Area Managers to address attendance issues.
- Provide comprehensive support to employees.
- Generate reports to inform business decisions.
- Support HR and management initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
">To excel in this role, you will need:
">- At least 6 months of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with working in confidential environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
">Candidates with 1+ years of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field will be considered ideal candidates.
