About the Role:

The HR Assistant is a key position that supports the Human Resources team in delivering top-notch services to our associates and managers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately enter data into various systems, including Excel files and PeopleSoft.
  2. Address employee queries and concerns regarding attendance and HR-related matters.
  3. Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
  4. Communicate with the payroll team about employee absences.
  5. Work collaboratively with Area Managers to address attendance issues.
  6. Provide comprehensive support to employees.
  7. Generate reports to inform business decisions.
  8. Support HR and management initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 6 months of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Familiarity with working in confidential environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

">

Candidates with 1+ years of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field will be considered ideal candidates.
