Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain beverage policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records, including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, and costs controls.
- Liaise with other departments to develop menus and promotions that meet business objectives.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and effective beverage operation management.
- Evaluate and improve processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
