Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor the Health & Safety Construction Plan, ensuring compliance across all projects
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to evaluate compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare and deliver training on health and safety protocols to project teams
  • Assess project risks and recommend improvements to safety measures
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent reoccurrence of issues
  • Engage with project stakeholders to enhance safety culture and resolve health and safety concerns promptly
  • Ensure all safety documentation is created, maintained, and accessible
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health & Safety Management
  • BSc degree in Engineering or a related field
  • ISO 45001 or equivalent safety certification
  • Proven experience in construction safety management
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and legislation
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English
