Events Sales Director

The Sales and Events Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Expo Time Co.'s events division. They will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, leveraging industry connections and relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions that meet their business objectives
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events, including logistics, marketing, and operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events industry or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
