Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at D4DS. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
  • Project Tracking: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Reporting and Escalation: Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Client Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven working experience as a project manager.
  • Education: Registered Architect and BS in Architecture with experience of more than 20 years.
  • Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, create & meet budgets.
  • Certifications: PMP / PRINCE II / APM certification is a plus.
  • Language: English (fluent)
