Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fabshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fabrication workshop. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment. This is a full-time on-site role located in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication workshop team
  2. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations
  3. Oversee the interpretation and implementation of blueprints and technical drawings
  4. Coordinate the use of CAD/related software and CNC/VMC, Laser cutting, and related machinery
  5. Develop and implement workflows and projects to meet production goals
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  8. Contribute to the development of process improvements and cost savings initiatives

Requirements
  1. Proven experience in managing a fabrication workshop and staff
  2. Demonstrated ability to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
  3. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
  4. Hands-on experience with CAD/related software and CNC/VMC, Laser cutting, and related machinery
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  6. Knowledge of welding, cutting, and metalworking processes
  7. Ability to plan and organize workflows and projects
  8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

  1. Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry
