About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Compliance Expert to join our team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site QA/QC compliance through on-site surveillance or via QC Inspector reporting.

The role requires acting decisively to curtail bad practice, waste, and non-value-adding activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and knowledge of QA/QC principles, tools, and techniques.

A minimum of 8 years' experience in quality assurance and quality control on infrastructure, civil engineering, or rail projects is required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with KAFD construction staff to plan inspections and testing activities.

The role involves conducting site visits for visual verification of procedure adherence, feedback from progress meetings, and individual reporting of concerns. Ensuring As-Built Quality Records are produced in respect to ITPs and verifying ITP content and required compilation of records referenced within are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. Experience in working with supply chains and attending FATS & SATS is desirable.
