At RTX Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, this role will be responsible for administering compensation programs, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources or business administration, with proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer Compensation Programs: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Support New Benefits Initiatives: Track changes, such as dependent education processes.
  3. Lead Achievement Award Program: Nomination sheet maintenance, submission reviews, status confirmations, and budget tracking.
  4. Support Annual Compensation Planning: Conduct employee data audits and support job leveling process.
  5. Liaise with Global Teams: RAY International Compensation, Government Relations, and Global Payroll teams for accurate data maintenance and processing.
  6. Respond to Global Payroll Queries: Maintain standard work documentation.
  7. Support Employee Data Reporting Requests: Manage special payment requests.
  8. Collaborate with HR Operations: Escalations, addition/deletion processes, and resolving issues with Finance/vendors.
  9. Maintain Employee Files and Records: Update and maintain employee files and records with confidentiality.
