Job Summary

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Closeout Manager to oversee the final phase of project closeout activities. As a Senior Closeout Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements are met and projects are successfully handed over to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Closeout Procedures: Create and implement effective closeout procedures and processes to ensure seamless project completion.
  2. Ensure Contractual Compliance: Verify that all contractual requirements and specifications are met, and that projects are delivered in accordance with client expectations.
  3. Review and Validate Project Documentation: Thoroughly review and validate project documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  4. Coordinate with Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues or deficiencies, ensuring a smooth transition from project completion to closeout.
  5. Manage Closeout Deliverables: Oversee the timely submission of all closeout deliverables, including reports and documentation.
  6. Prepare and Present Closeout Reports: Develop and present project closeout reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain Closeout Documentation: Ensure that all closeout documentation and records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project closeout or a related role.
  3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contract closeout processes and procedures, experience in the civil engineering or construction industry, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
