**Job Description:**

  • Qiddiya | القدية seeks a highly skilled professional to lead the development and execution of entertainment strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • The ideal candidate will support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in driving the overall vision for entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and early development stages of new entertainment projects, guaranteeing their synergy with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and strategic goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, and various matrices, to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
  • Closely collaborate with consultants and third-party experts to ensure that insights and recommendations align with the project's scope, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
  • Lead in-depth analysis and research on theme park benchmarks and strategic topics to inform robust and sound decision-making processes.
  • Provide critical input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and offer implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and presentation of design and content-related aspects.
  • Develop presentations and supporting materials required for securing approvals from Qiddiya Approval Committees, Senior Management, and the Board of Directors.
  • Maintain close attention to key assets' KPIs, covering development, business, financial, and operational plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the strategy field.
