Job Summary

The Product Specialist B2C will manage our channel's product portfolio, including coffee, machines, accessories, and services. This involves implementing global product launches and themes, executing the CRM calendar, and developing market-specific initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Execute the product strategy, including new product and service launches
  2. Analyze and optimize the channel's portfolio performance, suggesting improvements based on data insights
  3. Conduct annual deep dives on market trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories, and services to inform local product strategies and marketing plans
  4. Benchmark local performance against international best practices and local competitors
  5. Provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channel's portfolio
Implementing Global Product Launches
  1. Execute permanent and non-permanent product launches for coffee, machines, accessories, and services
  2. Develop activation strategies for the channel, including acquisition and promotion
  3. Manage the CRM calendar and execute market-specific initiatives
  4. Support continuous improvement through pre- and post-evaluations of product launches and themes

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Specialist or in a relevant role
  • Experience working with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
  • Project management skills, particularly for complex projects
