    - Design and launch new investment products that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
    - Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    - Foster strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
    - Develop and execute strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  4. Operational Excellence:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Financial and Macroeconomic Knowledge:
    - A deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trends.
  • Asset Management Expertise:
    - Proven experience in asset management, including investment product development, portfolio management, and risk analysis.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills:
    - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Business Acumen:
    - A strong understanding of business principles and practices, including strategy development, marketing, and sales.
  • Education and Certifications:
    - A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with an MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Experience:
    - A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
