**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Operations Lead to join our team at NETS-International Group in Riyadh, KSA. As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of security operations, coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and orchestration of major incident responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security operations center, managing multi-network security solutions such as APT Solutions, IPS/IDS, SIEM, Endpoint Security, EDR, NAC, NGFW, WAF, ADC, DNS Security, and Email Security.
  • Ensure system security needs are established and maintained.
  • Define services, procedures, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and assurance for the Security Center of Excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance using extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, security infrastructure, and related areas.
  • Create appropriate reports representing the actual status of security levels and maturity of operations activities across operations.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on, experienced security professional with at least 10+ years of proven track record in security operations activities.
  • Extensive technical experience in security operations and monitoring environments.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Ability to generate quick results and adopt new methodologies easily.
  • Strategic thinking about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a broadly defined environment, requiring adaptive thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written Arabic communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across organizations.
  • Creative and critical thinking: able to think out of the box and ask, 'Is this the right question?'
