Job Summary

The Automotive Technician position requires an individual with technical expertise to diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer care and satisfaction. The successful candidate will have experience in basic mechanical tasks, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, transmission fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Install batteries and inspect electrical systems
  • Tire maintenance and repair
  • Install vehicle parts
  • Road test vehicles after repairs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field
  • A.S.E certification in at least one of A1-A8 or equivalent external qualifications/training certifications
  • Excellent reading, writing, and math skills
