The Role of Project Management Support

As Project Management Support – Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Manager of Infrastructure in project coordination, business development, and strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, preparing proposals, supporting business development activities, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage and coordinate infrastructure projects, ensuring timely progress and alignment with objectives.
  • Support business development efforts by conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and contributing to proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate and prepare project bids and RFP responses with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Facilitate communication between the Product Manager of Infrastructure, internal teams, clients, and external partners to enhance collaboration.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and financial summaries for reviews and meetings.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Provide operational support, including organizing business visits, meetings, and administrative tasks.
  • Support additional strategic projects and initiatives in line with the goals of the Infrastructure department.
