Job Description

The Staffing & HR Manager is responsible for managing HR functions including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, and leaves. The following responsibilities are indicative of ongoing assignments to be managed or performed by the incumbent:

  1. Manage talent acquisition process including sourcing (for tenders) and recruitment, candidate interviews, remuneration negotiation, onboarding and offboarding.
  2. Manage orderly transition of new staff members into the company and/or a project to ensure a smooth transition and a positive work experience.
  3. Provide human resources support to respond to project challenges and requests.
  4. Analyze current trends in compensation and benefits, research and deliver competitive core and incentive compensation programs to attract and retain high performing talent in the organization.
  5. Ensure that complete personnel files are maintained and up to date. This includes maintaining comprehensive personnel data analysis.
  6. To address needs and concerns of staff, build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels. This requires regular communication and face-to-face meetings, often involving site visits.
  7. Oversee the human resources platform to ensure smooth and clearly defined processes. This includes managing the medical insurance policy and prompt enrollment of employees.
  8. Ensure that job responsibilities and expectations are clearly defined taking consideration of both company and employee's prerogatives.
  9. Maintain compliance with Saudi employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources management and/or Staffing.
