Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth, ensuring strong pipeline management and successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, leveraging industry connections and expertise to ensure high conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners, fostering trust and confidence in the company's services.
  • Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and deal structuring, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful financing agreements.
  • Identify new market opportunities and design tailored financing solutions for SMEs and micro businesses, staying ahead of the competition and market trends.
  • Drive the development of strategic partnerships with banks, fintech firms, and business networks, enhancing the company's reputation and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, compliance, and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, refining sales strategies and approaches to achieve optimal results.
Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, complemented by significant experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
  • An extensive network and strong relationships within SME and business sectors, facilitating access to new opportunities and markets.
  • The ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth, leveraging industry connections and expertise.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance, providing advanced knowledge and skills in areas such as strategic management, finance, and leadership.
  • Experience in digital lending, fintech partnerships, or alternative finance solutions, offering valuable insights and expertise in emerging areas.
  • A strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations and SME financing frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • A proven ability to take a leadership role in shaping the sales strategy of a newly established financing company, driving growth and success through innovative approaches and ideas.
