Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will develop strategies to position InnovationTeam as a leading partner for enterprise and government clients, aligning with our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in key sectors such as AI, cloud services, and enterprise integration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to meet their unique needs.
- Present customized proposals to clients, highlighting InnovationTeam's expertise in digital transformation.
- Thrive in complex sales environments with long cycles, especially within ministries and government bodies.
- Serve as liaison between InnovationTeam and key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Drive business development initiatives, identifying high-value opportunities in new and existing markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
Represent InnovationTeam at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Performance Optimization:Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and exceed targets.
Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize team efficiency.
