Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our HR and Operations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative assistance to employees, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees and clients, handling all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing mail. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed
• Perform data entry tasks and process mail
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate meetings and events

Requirements
