Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewal sales and be able to effectively manage customer relationships.

This role is responsible for renewing, upselling, and maximizing the use of Informatica's subscription contracts. You will achieve assigned renewal and growth targets while maintaining account team relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reneew and up-sell Informatica subscription contracts to meet sales goals.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of Informatica's products and renewable license contracts to educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications.
  3. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.
  4. Meet sales targets such as quota and upsell requirements while working with Account Managers.
  5. Manage contract renewal initiatives to maintain a high retention rate.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience with 5+ years in renewals, customer service, sales, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve renewal and upsell targets in previous experience.
  • Major deal experience averaging 6-7 figures per deal.
