Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Review Job Descriptions: Create accurate and up-to-date job descriptions that reflect the organization's structure and roles.
  • Design and Maintain Job Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture framework that aligns with business objectives.
  • Administer Job Profile System: Manage the job profile system, including data uploads, discrepancy resolution, and ongoing governance.
  • Establish Governance Processes: Develop and enforce policies for job codes and titles to ensure consistency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with Hoshin Kanri. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or MIS is required. 2-4 years of related experience in Total Rewards is preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors are also desired.
