About the Role:
The Executive Sales Leader position at Al Basel Group is a senior-level role responsible for driving sales growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution. This individual will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
