In this role, you will be responsible for leading coordination and interface initiatives within the Qiddiya project, creating the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development of our Primary Urban Axis Project, featuring a fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. Your expertise in planning Rail projects, design development, and project management is essential in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Manage Project Schedules: Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  2. Coordinate Project Meetings and Correspondence: Organize project meetings, conference calls, and correspondence with internal teams and stakeholders.
  3. Track Progress and Identify Potential Delays: Monitor project progress and identify potential delays to ensure timely completion.
  4. Coordinate Design Reviews: Facilitate design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  5. Identify Potential Construction-Related Risks: Analyze potential risks associated with construction and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Communicate Project Updates: Effectively communicate project updates to internal teams, contractors, and clients.
  7. Coordinate Stakeholder Meetings and Workshops: Arrange stakeholder meetings and workshops to ensure engagement and buy-in.
  8. Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations to ensure project success.
